Statewide Forums Held on Health Insurance Exchanges

The Pennsylvania Insurance Department held three forums during August to gather public input on health insurance exchanges, Insurance Commissioner Mike Consedine presiding. The Harrisburg hearing was briefly interrupted by a 5.8 magnitude earthquake midway through the afternoon session. Health insurance exchanges are a one-stop shopping resource for those who are looking to buy health insurance. The Department then posted all of the relevant information on its website. See below.

Health Insurance Exchange Stakeholder Forum Videos:
The Pennsylvania Insurance Department has just posted the video from our Harrisburg Stakeholder Forum on its website. Please remember that the videos may take several minutes to download.

There are a few comments the Department hadn’t received to date from the Harrisburg meeting, the additional comments will be posted as they are received.
